Ever since Eric Casaburi founded the first Retro Fitness location in 2004, Retro Fitness has set the standard for offering affordable gym memberships, giving their beloved members clean facilities and fostering an active, healthy community among its members and staff. Maybe you’ve even seen Retro Fitness trainers and staff members in their bright red and yellow uniforms.
What you may not know about Retro Fitness Woodbridge, though, is that our staff members go out of their way every day to make your workouts fun, challenging, and sweaty. We offer the people of Woodbridge and its surrounding communities affordable gym memberships that start at $19.99 a month. Our Retro Fitness location also provides personal training services for individuals, teams, and groups. In case you’re a parent who thinks you’re too busy to get in a workout, Retro Fitness Woodbridge provides parents with child sitting services, so you can break a sweat while we supervise your little ones.
